I Feel Tired All the Time

I Feel Tired All the Time

Chronic fatigue is defined as a state of fatigue that does not improve with rest/sleep, does not improve with physical examination and treatment, and has a long-term persistence. In some cases, it may also be accompanied by symptoms of physical illness (head/body aches, muscle aches, low-grade fever, etc.).

People with chronic fatigue live their lives constantly:

Sluggish and demotivated,

Complaining about doing things,

By avoiding situations where they need to move,

By staying away from new experiences,

Their attention span is limited.

All this process decreases their daily life functionality. Since the decrease in daily life functionality leads to feelings of inadequacy and failure, these people are more likely to have anxious and depressive moods.

For the treatment of this condition, which can be solved with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy; people's dysfunctional thoughts and feelings that make people unhealthy are worked with. In this therapy school, it is aimed to find healthy solutions to problems by replacing thoughts and feelings with more functional and positive thoughts.
